Chemical peels are a clinically proven, non-invasive treatment designed to exfoliate the skin, improve texture, and restore a brighter, more even complexion. Chemical peels work by gently removing dead skin cells and stimulating cell turnover—revealing healthier, smoother, and more radiant skin beneath the surface.
Superficial chemical peels gently exfoliate the outermost layer of the skin—the epidermis—to improve skin tone, texture, and radiance. These light peels are ideal for treating dull skin, mild pigmentation, and congestion, and are best performed as a series of 4 to 6 treatments, spaced a few weeks apart, for optimal results.
Medium-depth peels penetrate the dermis (the middle layer of the skin) and are more intensive, targeting concerns such as sun damage, deeper pigmentation, fine lines, and acne scarring. These peels involve some redness and skin peeling, with a longer recovery time compared to superficial peels. Most patients only require 1 to 2 medium peels to achieve noticeable improvement.
We offer a range of medical-grade chemical peels tailored to your skin type and concerns, including : acne, pigmentation, fine lines, dullness, and uneven skin tone.
Chemical peels can be used on the face, neck, chest, and hands, and are suitable for most skin types. With minimal downtime and visible results, they are an ideal solution for those seeking clearer, brighter, and rejuvenated skin.

The application of chemical peels is generally pain free. Some people mention that it feels a little warm or “tingling” but there is no associated discomfort.
The procedure itself takes no more 10 minutes usually. However a thorough medical consultation is required prior to this to ensure this is the right treatment for you.
This depends on the depth of the peel. With medium depth peels, you will start peeling approximately 7 days after application and your skin will be visibly improved after this peeling finishes. With more superficial peels, a course of 3-6 peels are required to see the results. The best results are achieved by using the correct skincare for your skin as advised by Dr Fiona and Dr Carole in conjunction with these peels.
